ترعى شركة توتال يمن للعام الثاني حملة أمان التوعوية التي تنظمها مؤسسة يمن بلا قات. وتهدف الحملة إلى رفع مستوى الوعي حول المخاطر الصحية المترتبة على تعاطي القات على الحوامل والمرضعات والأطفال الرضع مثل سوء التغذية الذي يؤثر سلباً على النمو الطبيعي للجنين وعلى صحة الأمهات.
وتتضمن الحملة، التي دُشنت اليوم في حديقة السبعين بصنعاء وتستمر لمدة شهر، إقامة معارض وندوات وورش عمل وزيارات ميدانية وذلك لنشر رسالة توعوية في الصحة العامة بين أوساط النساء والعائلات وتعزيز الحوار حول مخاطر تعاطي القات.
يأتي دعم هذه الحملة التوعوية في إطار دعم الشركة للمبادرات المحلية التي تهتم برفع الوعي الاجتماعي بين أوساط المجتمع.

Total E&P Yemen is sponsoring for the second year the Aman Awareness Campaign organized by Yemen Without Qat Foundation. The campaign aims to raise awareness of the health risks to pregnant and lactating women and infants caused by chewing qat such as malnutrition of which negatively affects the normal growth of fetus and mothers health.
The one-month campaign which was launched today at Al-Sabein Public Park in Sana’a includes exhibitions, seminars, workshops and field visits to promote public health message to women and families and encourage dialogue on the risks of consuming qat.
The support of this awareness campaign is based on the Company’s support to local initiatives that care about increasing the social awareness of the communities.
